ABOUT ME
Piotr Szwach (aka. BATME) had humble beginnings as a composer, with dreams of emulating his idol Hans Zimmer. Despite 17 years of hard work, he was never able to reach the level of fame and recognition he had hoped for, so he decided to pursue his passion for music in other ways.
The reality of the situation led BATME to branch out and pursue his passion for music through video games, graphic design, artificial intelligence and programming. While the work was not glamorous, it allowed BATME to continue his exploration of music.
His tastes shifted to the sounds of Flume and Bass Astral x Igo, and when the former decided to retire, BATME decided to embark on a new musical path.
Now living in Valencia, Spain, a city of oranges and bats – BATME as a producer and singer has launched his own record label, BATME Music. Drawing from the sounds of Flume and Bass Astral, BATME is working on his first album – an eclectic mix of ideas and sounds dedicated to making the world a better place. With his music, oranges and bats (what Valencia is famous for), he hopes to spread positivity and make a difference in the lives of his listeners
